  • All activity under your account is your responsibility.

Product Information and Availability

  • We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed. If a product is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer either a suitable alternative or a full refund.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted and is being processed

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR), exclusive of VAT. The price displayed at checkout is the final amount payable, excluding any applicable delivery fees. 
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway provider Peach payments or Yoco. We currently accept card payments including Visa and Mastercard.
  • Taxes, additional duties or fees, if any, will be as required by law or policy.

Shipping, Delivery and Risk

  • Textbooks are ordered on demand from our supplier to ensure the latest edition. Delivery typically takes 8–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Other items in stock are usually delivered within 2–3 working days in Gauteng and 3–5 working days to outlying areas.
  • We deliver across South Africa using trusted courier partners. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location.
  • Delivery within Gauteng: A flat rate of R85 applies.
  • Delivery to outlying areas: An additional charge may apply based on distance, calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping: Orders over R850 qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in South Africa.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and vary depending on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  •  Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned items are inspected and approved.
  • Shipping/return courier costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).

Warranty and Disclaimers

  • Products are sold “as is” except where required by law.
  • We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site.

Intellectual Property
